Tom Jakubiec - Team Leader

Tom has over 32 years of experience with Thiele. For many years he was a field service engineer working on palletizers at customer sites. As Project Engineer he coordinates mechanical design and other facets of palletizer design.

Dave Boerboom - Assembly Fabricator

Dave, better known as "Boomer", has 36 years of experience. For many years he assembled Thiele cartoners but in the last year he has expanded his expertise to fabricating all facets of Thiele high and low level palletizers.

Maria Clark - Planner/Expediter

Maria has been the Blue Team Planner/Expediter for about a year. She has a great background for the job. Even though Maria is from Minnesota, for a while she worked in California as a Planning Coordinator for Nutrogena, owned by the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Bill Collins - Assembler

Bill has been with Thiele for seven years, beginning at Thiele's Fergus Falls, MN location where he assembled case packers. He is now an electrical assembler for the Blue Team. His expertise includes electrical panel assembly as well as other facets of wiring.

Larry Cramble - Assembler

Larry has 28 years of experience assembling Thiele machines. He has gained wide expertise during his tenure at Thiele. For many years he assembled Thiele Baggers. In the last few years, Larry has devoted his expertise to assembling palletizers.

Ron Fink - Assembler

Ron has 28 years of experience assembling Thiele machines. He started out operating saws and then worked in the stock room. For the last 17 years, Ron has been an expert assembler of palletizers.

Wilbur Fink - Assembler

Wilbur, Ron's brother, has been with Thiele for 32 years. Over the years, Wilbur has worked on a variety of Thiele machines, including baggers, scales, sealers and now high and low palletizers.

Jerry Gacek - Assembler

Jerry has over 27 years working on Thiele machines. He gained expertise working on Thiele baggers and scales for many years. He is now an expert assembler and troubleshooter of Thiele palletizers.

Joe Holbrook - Assembly Welder

Joe has eight years of experience working on Thiele machines. He started out welding Thiele cartoners and placers. Now he works on welding high level and low level palletizers, as well as cartoners.

Damon Leivestad - Layout Designer

Jeff Mueller - Parts Runner

Jeff has over 26 years of experience working at Thiele. He has the perfect background to be the Blue Team Parts Runner. For many years, Jeff worked in Shipping & Receiving where he became familiar with palletizer parts.

Kyle Zuber - Assembler

As the youngest member of the team, Kyle has two years of experience working at Thiele. He has a degree in Automation Technology: Packaging and Manufacturing Systems from the Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis. His speciality is palletizer start up and check out. He also works on baggers.
